Well, she did, somewhat… 

Though Lindsay Lohan has returned to her ginger tresses (pictured above on Thursday), her face has been surgically altered to the point where she looks like a completely different person from the redhead that we all fell for in “Mean Girls”. 

I am glad, however, that she ditched the platinum blonde extensions (pictured here at an event in January) for her newest color.
