Since announcing news of their departure from “106 & Park”, Rocsi Diaz & Terrence J have been on the scene making moves. While Rocsi has taken her love affair with Eddie Murphy public (click HERE for photos), Terrence has been spotted everywhere from the big screen (“Think Like A Man”) to E! News. While Rocsi is definitely “dating up”, Terrence is also moving on to bigger & better things.
As you may know, there was a huge shake up at the US version of “X-Factor”, with the show firing everyone (including Paula Abdul, Nicole Scherzinger & the host Steve Jones) with the exception of Simon Cowell, of course, & LA Reid. Now that Demi Lovato & Britney Spears have replaced two of the former judges, Simon Cowell is on the hunt for two brand new hosts (one male, one female).
E! reports that among names mentioned as hosts, forerunners include Khloe Kardashian, Kelly Osbourne, Mario Lopez & none other than Terrence J.
After seeing Terrence J & Khloe Kardashian’s chemistry on “Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami”, I believe the two would make an amazing pair of “X Factor” hosts. Watch the two in action below:
As I reported earlier this week, Khloe & Lamar has reached it’s second & final season (click HERE for more information), however that doesn’t mean Khloe Kardashian is leaving our television screens anytime soon.
In addition to her participation in Keeping Up with the Kardashians, TMZ is reporting that Khloe is in talks with E! to develop another spinoff series that would be similar to her previous series, Kourtney and Khloe Take Miami.
“We’re definitely in the Khloe Kardashian business,” a source told TMZ, adding that Khloe is a “huge draw” for viewers.
Yes, Kardashian world domination is in full effect.
Despite the fact that the Kardashian family just renewed their contract with E! (a $40 million contract to be exact) for “Keeping Up With The Kardashians” (KUWTK), it looks as though Khloe & her husband, Lamar Odom, want out of the reality television realm. Yes, the couple has officially pulled the plug on their series, “Khloe & Lamar”.
But why? Evidently the couple want to cancel their spin-off reality show because the NBA star wants to focus on his failing career. Unfortunately, this means that the second season, which is currently on air, will be the last. However, Khloe & Lamar will still make appearances on KUWTK.
Though I believe the aforementioned reasoning to be true, I also believe that the ratings for the spinoff have dropped significantly. I once was an avid viewer of their reality show, however with so many other great shows also airing during the 10 PM slot on Sundays (“GCB”, ” The Client List”, “Mad Men”, the list goes on), it’s difficult to keep up with this set of Kardashians Odoms.
Ultimately, I think this is a smart decision on behalf of Khloe & Lamar. After all, it’s hard to maintain a strong relationship with everyone in your business!
