After reading a controversial study yesterday stating that exercise benefits black women less than white women (click HERE to read), I’m more than determined to get in shape & tone up this summer. I’ll start by getting a little motivation from Kelly Rowland.
The singer recently revealed her go-to moves for toning & tightening her midsection with US Weekly. Watch below:
It looks as if the rigorous promotional efforts have paid off for the cast members of “Think Like A Man”, as the film is expected to debut at #1 over the weekend.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, “Think Like a Man” — based on Steve Harvey’s best-selling advice book Act Like a Lady, Think Like a Man – scored a surprising $500,000 in Thursday midnight runs and is overperforming Friday. Early estimates show it grossing in the $9 million range for the day, and between $20 million and $25 million for the weekend.
Kudos to Steve Harvey, Michael Ealy, Meagan Good, Regina Hall, Meagan Good, Kevin Hart, Kelly Rowland, Chris Brown, Taraji P. Henson, Gabrielle Union, Wendy Williams Terrance J, LaLa Vasquez & everyone else involved with the star-studded production!
Have you seen “Think Like A Man” in theaters yet? Your thoughts?
Over the weekend, Kelly Rowland was in attendance at the Power of Love gala in Las Vegas, celebrating the 70th birthday of boxing great, Muhammad Ali.
Kelly changed dresses not one, not two but three times for the charity event, which raised money for the Cleveland Clinic Lou Ruvo Center for Brain Health, as well as the Muhammad Ali Center.
During one of her performances, Kelly took the time to belt out Whitney Houston’s classic song, “The Greatest Love of All”.
The 2012 Grammys awards have just kicked off with a live performance from Bruce Springsteen & The E-Street Band, followed by a prayer & moment of silence for Whitney Houston by host LL Cool J.
I’ll be keeping you updated on the ceremony here, but in the mean time, check out the fashion!
