Video of The Day: Hoopz Does Backflip Off Shaq’s ‘Abs of Steel’

From smoking to cross-dressing, the many crazy things that Shaq & Hoopz do always seem to be documented for the cameras.

During a recent taping of his post-game sports show, Shaq featured a clip of Hoopz & a random man jumping on & off of his stomach, which he aptly titled “abs of steel”.

In the most intriguing part of the clip, however, Hoopz (real name Nikki Alexander) perfectly executes a backflip.
