Crazy, But True: Lindsay Lohan Sued For Hitting Nanny With Her Maserati

Only in an extremely opulent setting would one’s nanny get hit with a Maserati —& it appears that Lindsay Lohan has found herself in MORE legal trouble over just that. 

A nanny named Nubia Del Carmen Preza filed a lawsuit against Lohan over an alleged hit and run from September 2010. According to Preza’s story, she claims she was on a walk in West Hollywood when Lohan ran into her with a rented Maserati. In her suit, Preza states she’s demanding unspecified damages to cover the “serious personal injuries, pain, suffering and anguish” she endured as a result of the incident — as well as compensation for lost wages and past and future medical expenses

According to both  TMZ & RadarOnline, a man named Brayan Jaime claimed to have seen the whole thing. Telling TMZ that he’d been watching Lohan since she left her Hollywood apartment in a Maserati, Jaime claimed that the celeb ran through a red light at an intersection, turning left — and then straight into a woman pushing a stroller. Telling TMZ the collision was “full impact … it was a major hit,” Jaime went on to say that the baby was uninjured and the pedestrian walked away from the scene “in shock” — despite the smack “knocking 3 of the 4 [stroller] wheels in the air.”

 As for Lohan, Jaime told RadarOnline that she quickly fled the scene. “Lindsay pulled to the right, stopped for two seconds, and then just kept going.” Another paparazzo/witness, Austin Visschedyk, told Radar that he confronted Lohan after witnessing the scene. “I said, ‘Whoa, what the f*ck are you doing?’” and she replied, “Well, I saw them, but they didn’t move out of the way.” (Source)

Evidently, there is also video footage of the instance somewhere floating around.

Of course Lindsay Lohan denies the whole thing happened.
